The shooting happened around 8:45 a.m. on July 6 near 57th Street and Hampton Avenue in Milwaukee. The Milwaukee County Coroner told WISN 12 News they were called to the scene regarding a woman. Police said the suspect, a 52-year-old man, turned himself in at a police station. Charges will be forwarded to the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office. According to Milwaukee police, a 51-year-old woman is dead and a 52-year-old man has been arrested following a domestic violence-related shooting. The shooting occurred around 8:45 a.m. on July 6 near 57th Street and Hampton Avenue in Milwaukee.

The Milwaukee County Coroner told WISN 12 News they were called to the scene of the accident regarding a woman.
