Minnesota BCA alert issued for teen last seen in Moorhead on Monday

MOORHEAD, Minn. (KVRR) – A BCA Alert for Minnesota has been issued as Moorhead Police continue to search for 19-year-old Arthur Wiebe.

He left his family’s business in the 4100 block of 34th Avenue South in Moorhead around 10 p.m. on Monday.

He has not been seen or heard from since then.

According to police, he may have been trying to return to his residence in Hunter, North Dakota, but had to seek shelter because of the rainstorm.

Arthur has no cell phone, no access to a vehicle, and no credit/debit cards.

He may have had a small amount of cash with him at the time of his disappearance.

He was last seen wearing a blue hoodie with black marks on the shoulders, grey pants and darker coloured shoes.
