3-year-old girl raped in Bhubaneswar, accused arrested | Pragativadi

Bhubaneswar: A three-year-old girl was raped by a youth in Bhubaneswar. Police arrested the accused today.

The accused, identified as Santosh Khuntia, was on the run after committing the crime and was arrested by the airport police today.

According to reports, the incident took place when the victim had come to the accused Santosh’s house to gamble. There was no one in the house at that time. It is alleged that Santosh was under the influence of alcohol when he raped the minor girl.

The child was taken to Capital Hospital in critical condition. The survivors are now said to be in stable condition.
