Dispute breaks out over accident at car wash in St. Louis

ST. LOUIS — A fight broke out today at a car wash near Prairie Ave. and Dr. Martin Luther King Drive following a car crash. One person was arrested and the victim was uninjured.

According to police, a 2007 Ford Select and a 2007 Dodge Journey were involved in the incident. The driver of the Dodge attempted to flee the scene but lost control and crashed into the building.

The driver again tried to leave the scene of the accident, but was caught by the driver of the Ford, which led to a fight.

The suspect suffered a head injury and was taken to hospital for treatment. He will be charged once he has been medically evaluated. The victim suffered no injuries.
