Teenager fatally hit by car while cycling in Pomona

According to police, a 13-year-old boy was fatally struck by a car while riding his bike on Overlook Road in Pomona.

According to officials, the driver of the car remained on site and is cooperating.

The driver will not be charged, police say. They say they have seen surveillance footage that does not show him driving recklessly.
