The craze for Yemeni coffee continues with 4 other sites in development

BUFFALO, NY — Four more Yemeni cafes are under development in the region, including in Buffalo and Williamsville.

Two of the new locations come from Amin Almontaser, who entered the industry with his father, Yehya, in mid-2022 with Socotra Arabic Coffee House at 671 Ridge Road in Lackawanna.

Both stores will offer the same menu as the original: beehive pastries, smoothies and freshly squeezed juices, as well as coffee made from imported Arabic coffee beans and chai. Also on the menu: a Harazi café that mixes Arabic coffee beans with raspberry cocoa and Yemeni chai mixed with powdered milk.
