Woman killed in shooting, 1 person in custody

According to Tulsa police, a woman who suffered a gunshot wound on Sunday evening has died.

According to police, 19-year-old Aliza Crook was shot in the head around 6:30 p.m. Sunday near 21st Street and I-44.

According to police, Crook succumbed to her injuries around 4:40 p.m. on Wednesday.

According to police, 30-year-old Rahmon Macon was arrested in connection with the shooting and faces charges in federal court for murder in Indian Territory.

Multiple agencies are investigating a shooting that left a woman in her 20s injured on Sunday.

Police are on scene in the parking lot of the Marina Shopping Center at 21st and I-44.

Officials confirmed the woman was shot and is still alive, but many questions remain unanswered.

Tulsa Police Sergeant Watkins said the investigation is a shooting, not a homicide, and that the victim is believed to have been shot at the corner of 11th Street and Garnett and then taken to the mall.

The police were in the parking lot with the victim’s vehicle for hours before leaving the scene at around 9 p.m.

There is currently no information about the suspects or the background to the shooting.
