Boscawen woman arrested for assault: Concord police report

Plus: riot, drunk driving burglary suspect, child restraint violation, assault, Penacook jail incident, theft arrest.

CONCORD, NH – Amanda J. Bailey-Roberge, 38, of Concord was arrested at 8:17 a.m. on June 11, 2024 on a warrant following an incident or investigation at 138 Loudon Road.

Jamie L. Prentice, born 1997, of Concord was arrested on June 10 at 8:34 p.m. on a warrant. He is also charged with driving after a license is revoked or suspended and a registration of an unregistered vehicle violation. Also arrested was Jackie Marcell Roberts, 22, of Concord, on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance and a warrant. Charlize Roseberry, born 2003, of Concord, received a summons on a warrant. All were charged following an incident or investigation on Old Turnpike Road. Roberts failed to appear on March 18 for an arraignment on a charge of criminal threatening with a deadly weapon out of Concord starting in November 2023. He has a hearing in Merrimack County Superior Court on August 15.

Samuel Mark Toce, born 2000, of Concord was arrested on May 19, 2024 at 10:04 p.m. for domestic violence – simple assault, simple assault, false imprisonment, domestic violence – false imprisonment and criminal damage to property. He was arrested following an incident or investigation on Elm Street in Penacook.

Kimberly Marie Bousquet, 37, of Manchester was arrested at 8:33 p.m. on May 17 on a warrant following an incident or investigation at the Royal Gardens apartment complex. She has grand theft charges pending since February that were transferred from Concord District Court to Merrimack County Superior Court on May 21. Bousquet has a disposition conference hearing on Aug. 22.

Paul Joseph McGonagle, 53, of Concord received a summons for trespassing at 5:42 a.m. on May 14 following an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Moses Giffard Carr, 20, of Concord was arrested on May 14 at 1:47 a.m. on a warrant. He was also arrested for driving under the influence, driving after a license is revoked or suspended, and carrying open containers of alcohol, as well as stop sign, yield sign and child safety lock violations following an incident or investigation on Thorndike Street. He has riot and burglary charges pending against him since November 2023, related to an incident on Hanover Street, which were transferred from District Court to Superior Court on May 28. Carr is required to attend a disposition conference hearing in that case on August 27.

Lawrence Anthony Dunlap, 27, of Concord was arrested at 1:51 p.m. on April 26 on 11 counts of malicious damage to property. He was arrested following an incident or investigation at Concord High School, 170 Warren Street. Originally tried in District Court, his case was transferred to Superior Court on May 10. Dunlap has a disposition conference hearing on August 12. Fernand R. Fauteux, 36, of Strafford was arrested at 12:40 p.m. on April 26 for driving while license is revoked or suspended and failure to present a false inspection/registration sticker following an incident or investigation on Old Turnpike Road.

Lawrence J. McClosky, 61, of Concord was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking of an amount less than $1,000 at 9 a.m. on April 26. His arrest came after an incident or investigation at Target at 80 D’Amante Drive.

Shane Kirouac, 37, of Concord was issued a summons for driving with an expired license and a violation of operating an unregistered vehicle at 2:46 a.m. on April 25. He was arrested on the southbound Exit 13 ramp of Interstate 93 following an incident or investigation.

Sebastian D. Rainie, born 1989, of Concord was arrested on April 24 at 4:47 p.m. for trespassing after conducting an incident or investigation at the Lun Hing Motel, located at 97 Fisherville Road. According to the radio, police were dispatched to the motel because there was a report of a disturbance and a man refusing to leave the premises.

Sonya Smith, born 1981, of Boscawen was arrested on April 23 at 8:31 p.m. on charges of simple assault and domestic violence – simple assault following an incident/investigation on Pembroke Road.
