Man arrested for raping 10-year-old maid in Lahore

Police in Lahore have arrested a man who allegedly continued to rape a 10-year-old girl who had worked as a maid in his house for two months, TV channel 24NewsHD reported on Wednesday.

Police said Mehwish, who was employed at Salman’s house in Millat Park area of ​​the city, has now been shifted to Services Hospital for medical examination.

On the other hand, Chairperson of Child Protection Bureau and Member of Punjab Assembly (MPA) Sara Ahmad has taken note of the incident and directed the team of the bureau to immediately contact the child and his family.

She said all possible help would be provided to the victim.
