Albany and Buffalo mayors make friendly bet for NLL championship

ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — The mayors of Buffalo and Albany took part in the NLL championship action.

Albany Mayor Kathy Sheehan bid for a cheesecake platter from Cheesecake Machismo as well as a bottle of Albany Vodka made by the Albany Distilling Company. Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown bid on a platter of world-famous La Nova buffalo wings.

The first game was played Friday night at MVP Arena in Albany.
