Pet killed in house fire in southwest Charlotte – WSOC TV

CHARLOTTE – A pet died in a house fire in southwest Charlotte early Saturday morning, according to Charlotte Fire Department reports.

The incident occurred just after 2:30 a.m. in the 13000 block of Duckett Court.

According to the fire department, it took about 20 minutes until the fire was under control.

Fire officials said the fire was accidental and caused $30,000 in damage.
