Fischer Homes to Build New Community in Dawsonville

Fischer Homes has begun development of Villas at Gold Creek, a new community of 32 “patio semi-detached” homes in Dawsonville.

The project marks an expansion for Fischer, as it is the homebuilder’s first community in Dawsonville, as well as their first collection of paired patios in the Atlanta market.

Each structure houses two homes with separate entrances and two-car garages. Two house plans are available: the Hudson, which has a two-story floor plan, and the Wembley, which has a single-story floor plan. Sizes range from 1,247 to 2,195 square feet. Sales are expected to start in the fall.

The community is located in the established Gold Creek neighborhood of Dawson County and will be developed by Gold Creek Development LLC. Gold Creek Villas is within the Dawson County School District, including Robinson Elementary School, New Dawson County Middle School, and Dawson County High School.
