ST. LOUIS – The Missouri Fraternal Order of Police is criticizing a candidate in the race for attorney general. Police organisation angry about complaint linked to the campaign of Republican Will Scharf.

They claim the ad politicizes the 2023 murder of Detective Sergeant Mason Griffith of the Hermann Police Department. The organization believes the ad jeopardizes Attorney General Andrew Bailey’s upcoming prosecution.

They are demanding that the ad be removed and an apology. There has been no response from Sharf’s campaign team so far.
