Atlanta Black Pride Weekend is set to make history with the Love and Legacy Pride Fundraiser, a prestigious event celebrating the rich cultural heritage and shared legacy of the Black LGBTQ community. The momentous evening, scheduled for Friday, July 19, 2024, will take place from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. at a private Brookhaven mansion, with the location to be announced upon confirmation of attendance.

Marking a historic collaboration between Atlanta Black Pride Weekend and Global Black Pride, the fundraiser promises an unforgettable evening filled with celebration, connection and community. Attendees will immerse themselves in a sophisticated “Casino Royale”-themed evening featuring live entertainment, delicious cuisine and inspiring stories that showcase the resilience and vibrancy of the Black LGBTQ community.

The evening will be hosted by renowned comedian, radio host and actress Miss Sophia, who will bring her unique sense of humor and talent to the event. The Love and Legacy Pride fundraiser is being held to support the vital initiatives and programs of Atlanta’s Black Pride weekend in August and to support the Black LGBTQ community. Funds raised from this event will also benefit the Pure Heat Community Festival and the Annual Youth Festival, both taking place on Sunday, September 1st at Piedmont Park.
