Shocking road rage incident leaves woman injured in Louisiana

An incredibly scary scenario has unfolded on a major highway in Louisiana. A woman reports that she was traveling on I-110 in the Baton Rouge area when her vehicle was pushed against the guardrail of the highway.

In recent years, representatives of the insurance industry have repeatedly presented statistics showing that the number of cases of aggressive driving is increasing.

Candice Meyers, the driver of the vehicle that hit the wall, told KLFY that she was driving in the left lane when a driver rear-ended her and realized she was going too slow for him.

Meyers says she put on her turn signal to signal that she was leaving the left lane and moving into the middle lane, which is exactly what she did. She says the driver of the other vehicle then came to the side of her vehicle and tried to “attack” her. She says she just ignored him. She says she doesn’t know if that made him more upset, but he moved into her lane and forced her into the wall of the highway.

This terrifying story has a happy ending, as Meyers emerged from the accident with only a few cuts and bruises. However, she says it’s puzzling that people get so angry while driving.

I just think he was angry at that moment. He was angry and that was his reaction. It’s scary that people can get that angry and do something like that and still keep driving. Because he never stopped.
