The accused owns a bicycle repair shop in Pandesara, where the girl’s mother had moved after her divorce.In March, the girl was seen coming out of the bathroom crying. When her mother asked her what happened, she said that the accused had sexually harassed her. Out of fear, the woman did not complain.On June 8, the accused again tried to rape the girl. When the girl’s mother stopped him, he beat her up and fled.
