Child at Risk Alert Issued for Missing East Tennessee Teen

KINGSPORT, Tenn. (WVLT) – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has issued an endangerment alert for an East Tennessee teenager.

According to the TBI, 15-year-old Payton Begley was last seen in Kingsport on June 11. She is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall and 130 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

In addition, TBI stated that Begley was suffering from an illness and probably did not have any medication available.
