1 dead after boating accident on Keystone Lake

Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP) officials have identified a victim who died in a fatal boating accident on Lake Keystone on Thursday.

According to police, 52-year-old Garry Dugan died in a collision with another boat on the lake.

The other person involved in the accident refused medical treatment at the scene of the accident.
