2 people hid at a friend’s house after finding a person shot in a Clayton home – WSB-TV Channel 2

CLAYTON COUNTY, Georgia – Two people in Clayton County face murder charges after a person was found dead in a Riverdale home.

When police arrived at the home on April 30, they opened the door and found the victim, whose identity was not released, with multiple gunshot wounds. They say the kitchen walls and floor were covered in blood.

Investigators identified Jason Jefferson and Saisha Gibson as suspects and obtained arrest warrants for them on charges of first-degree murder, aggravated assault and burglary.

Details about the murder itself are limited.

Clayton County Sheriff Levon Allen said both are on his most wanted list.

The U.S. Marshal’s Service managed to track Jefferson and Gibson down to a friend’s house in DeKalb County.

Officers surrounded the house and both were arrested.

They are currently being held in the Clayton County Jail.
