Kangana Ranaut slams the film industry over the slap in her face during her airport attack and also gives updates on her upcoming film ‘Emergency’

The incident involving Kangana Ranaut at Chandigarh airport has attracted considerable attention and debate.

Kangana Ranaut was travelling from Chandigarh to New Delhi when there was a confrontation with a CISF soldier during a security check at the airport. According to Kangana’s statement, a CISF policewoman, Kulwinder Kaur, slapped her and abused her, allegedly due to Kaur’s dissatisfaction with Kangana’s earlier comments about women from Punjab participating in the farmers’ protests.

Kangana issued a video message to reassure her followers that she was safe. She expressed her concern over the incident and questioned the handling of what she called “terrorism” in Punjab. Her message was a mix of reassurance of her safety and criticism of the wider social and political environment, particularly in Punjab.
