Robbery at Dollar General in Magnolia under investigation | Latest News

KENT COUNTY, DE – Delaware State Police are investigating a robbery that occurred Monday at a Dollar General in Magnolia.

On Monday, June 3, at approximately 6:00 p.m., police officers responded to a robbery at the Dollar General, 54 West Birdie Lane in Magnolia.

According to DSP, initial investigations revealed that “an unknown black suspect approached the cashier to make a purchase. When the cash register was opened, he forcibly removed cash and ran out of the store.”

According to officials, the cashier was not injured in the incident.

The Delaware State Police continues to investigate this incident. Anyone with information is asked to contact the DSP.
