Georgia man arrested in Decatur after being found with over 20 pounds. of marijuana

DECATUR, Ala. (WAFF) – A Georgia man was arrested in Decatur after losing over 20 pounds in weight. Marijuana was found in his vehicle during a traffic stop.

On Thursday, Decatur Police Department VICE/Narcotics investigators observed a vehicle committing a traffic violation. A stop was initiated at a home on Raymond St. SW and contact was made with the driver, 24-year-old T’Koreyan Antjuan Wynn of Conyers, GA.

During investigators’ contact with Wynn, they noticed the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. After a search of the vehicle, over 20 pounds were found. Marijuana, a firearm, drug paraphernalia and a large sum of money were found.

The home, which contained THC edibles, marijuana and drug paraphernalia, was also searched.

Wynn was arrested and charged with trafficking cannabis, unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked into the Morgan County Jail where he is being held on $151,300 bail.
