Police are searching for information about a possible kidnapping in Aurora

DENVER (KDVR) – Aurora Police are asking the public for information regarding a possible kidnapping that occurred Thursday evening.

At approximately 6:15 p.m., police responded to a call reporting a “suspicious incident” that had occurred in a parking lot on the northwest corner of the intersection of Tower Road and East 28th Avenue.


According to police, the 911 caller said he saw a woman being pulled out of the back seat of a car by two drivers and then “thrown to the ground” before being forced back into the back seat.

The car from which the woman was pulled is described as a black Volkswagen Tiguan, the driver of which is described as a black man, 1.80 meters tall with a slim build.

The other driver who allegedly helped pull the victim from the Volkswagen is described as a heavyset black woman. She drove a white Ford SUV.

Descriptions of the clothing were not available for either driver.

The victim is described as a black woman, approximately 1.75 meters tall and weighing 75 kilograms. According to police, she was wearing a white T-shirt and glasses.
