Man arrested for exposing himself to two teenagers in East Meadow

A man is facing charges after police say he approached two teenage girls in East Meadow.

According to police, 34-year-old Ricardo Gray was in a parking lot on Hempstead Turnpike Thursday morning when he approached two 16-year-old girls and exposed himself.

News 12 He was told he then began touching himself inappropriately.

Gray is charged with exposure, child endangerment and public indecency.
