ARBK revokes the decision to suspend the license for Klan Kosova • KosovaPress

Klan Kosova has announced that the procedure with the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo regarding its business license has been fully and legally completed.

“Today, the Kosovo Agency for Business Registration (ARBK) issued an official decision announcing that the authorized representative of the trading company Klan Kosova Sh.PK submitted the request for completion of the documentation and that in this case the ARBK lifted its decision to suspend the business certificate,” Klan Kosova said. On this occasion, the ARBK Directorate officially announced that “the actual circumstances have changed” which led to the decision to suspend Klan Kosova’s business license last week and gave the new assessment that this decision was now overturned.

The ARBK has forwarded today’s decision to the Independent Media Commission (KPM) and Klan Kosova.

Klan Kosova has written an official letter to the KPM to inform them about the corrections made and the new decision of the ARBK. “Klan Kosova thanks everyone who has worked to ensure that this administrative procedure is carried out in accordance with the law, namely the accredited QUINT embassies in Kosovo, the international and local institutions and organizations for human rights, media, journalists and freedom of expression, and especially all media and our journalist colleagues for their unconditional solidarity,” said Klan Kosova.

Klan Kosova also thanked the state institutions ARBK and KPM for the correctness and professionalism in handling the case.
