21-year-old dead, three others injured after accident in Milwaukee

A 21-year-old is dead and three other people were injured after an accident in Milwaukee.

According to police, the 21-year-old driver was speeding, lost control and then crashed into a pole near 91st Street and Appleton shortly before 10 p.m. Sunday evening.

Officials said the three other occupants of the car were taken to the hospital and are being treated for serious injuries. There is no information on their condition at this time.

No other vehicles were involved in the accident. Police said the investigation was still ongoing.
