Big deal: Waterfront townhouse sells for $2.5 million

A three-level townhouse at 48 Waterfront Circle has sold for $2.5 million. The 5,544 sq.ft. The unit was built in 2002, one of five units located in a building between the Gull Landing and Rivermist developments in Waterfront Village. The residence features three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, a dock and a two-car garage. This is the most expensive condominium sale in the city to date.
