Kanye West sued for sexual harassment and wrongful termination by former assistant Lauren Pisciotta

ALBAWABA – The rapper and designer’s former assistant sued him on June 3 for sexual harassment and wrongful termination.

Lauren Pisciotta claims that West behaved inappropriately and sent her sexually explicit messages during the two years she worked for her.

According to the document obtained by The Blast, Pisciotta reportedly held a number of roles in the music business for fifteen years. She was a member of West’s creative team for his 2021 album Donda and his 2015 women’s clothing line Yeezy Season 1.

She began her employment in July 2021 with the stated goal of “acting as (your) executive assistant or personal assistant in business matters.” The contract included an annual salary of $1 million, contingent on her 24/7 availability.

The year before she joined West full-time, Pisciotta claimed to have earned $1 million from her social media posts and OnlyFans material. When West first heard people calling Pisciotta an “OnlyFans superstar,” he was OK with it. However, in August 2022, he changed his mind. She said he pressured her in a “godlike” way to delete the OnlyFans account. He promised her $1 million and she was willing to accept the money.

Pisciotta said he began sexually harassing her without paying her any money. He masturbated to her on the phone and sent her sexually explicit text messages, she said. She said he texted her explicit videos of himself.

Kanye West filed a lawsuit earlier this week accusing him of sexual harassment and creating a hostile work environment. Now, in response to the lawsuit, West is accusing his former assistant of “extortion and coercion.”

West is facing a lawsuit from Lauren Pisciotta, who claims she was not only his personal assistant but also an executive in various of the rapper’s companies. Pisciotta is suing West for her “wrongful termination” and the publication of sexually explicit texts, photos, videos and phone calls. She is now suing for breach of contract and for reimbursement of her hours worked.

One of West’s representatives recently spoke to People and said that the 46-year-old rapper is suing his former collaborator, accusing him of making “baseless allegations” and seeking “$50 (million) in last week’s null and void lawsuit.” At this time, West’s lawsuit against Pisciotta is not visible in court documents.
