Houston County authorities search for missing Crockett man

CROCKETT, Texas (KETK) – The Houston County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in searching for a man reported missing from Crockett on Wednesday.

The sheriff’s office said they received a call Tuesday to perform a welfare check on Patrick White, 53 of Crockett. When a deputy arrived at White’s home, he reportedly found no people there or any vehicles parked nearby.

On Wednesday, a member of White’s family filed a missing person’s report and told authorities that the last time she spoke to him was May 17. Another family member said they spoke to him Sunday and that was the last time anyone heard from him, authorities said. said.

White is a black man, is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs approximately 140 pounds. His vehicle is a black 2018 Chevrolet Silverado pickup with Texas license plate 4RVCY.

Anyone with information about White or his vehicle is asked to contact local law enforcement or the Houston County Sheriff’s Office at 936-544-2862.
