Paulo Avelino assures that he is fine after the accident

7th March – Paulo Avelino recently assured that he is fine after his last accident.

The actor, who recently posted about his well-being on social media, admitted that he dislocated his right shoulder in an accident.

“Tuason Racing and the event organizers immediately took me to the hospital where they were able to put my shoulder back in place (which hurt even more) but immediately felt relief in my right shoulder. After checking the mobility of my shoulder, I asked if I could return to the track and after doing a few laps, voilà! I am still fully able to ride but definitely slower due to minimal discomfort in my right shoulder,” he wrote.

Avelino was also thrilled that despite the accident, he was able to complete Levels 3 and 4 of his course this year at the California Superbike School Philippines (CSSPH).

“Sometimes we just need to slow down, think about what we did wrong, swallow our pride and accept our mistakes. And then we’ll be a better person at the end. Full speed ahead!” he added.

He also hinted at impending therapy, captioning another photo of himself: “Thinking about the painful strengthening exercises I have to do.”
