AMBER alert lifted for two children from Sand Springs

According to Sand Springs police, both children were found and the non-custodial mother was arrested.

An AMBER alert was issued for two children from Sand Springs on Wednesday evening.

According to Oklahoma Highway Patrol:

Naliyah Smith, 10, and Nalijah Phillips, 9, were last seen leaving school on foot with their noncustodial parent, Bregariah Phillips, 28.

Naliyah Smith is 4’6″ tall and weighs 70 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes. When last seen, she was wearing a black long-sleeved shirt, pink shorts, red shoes and had pink beads in her hair.

Nalijah Phillips is 4’6″ tall, weighs 60 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a red shirt.

The non-custodial parent, Bregariah Phillips, is 5’7″, 165 pounds, and has red hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information related to the AMBER Alert should contact law enforcement or tribal authorities at 911.
