Janesville Police Investigate Incident | WCLO

Janesville police are asking the public to avoid the area around West Court and Washington Street on the west side of town. Rock County Emergency Services reports that police were called to an “active threat” in the area just after 1 a.m. Tuesday. A police news release issued at 3 a.m. simply states that officers are currently investigating an incident. West Court Street from Centerway Street to Pearl Street is currently closed.
