FOX 26 Houston Weather Forecast: More Storms Possible

Look for a few storms, mainly before midnight, which could have brief bursts of strong wind, heavy rain and hail. We will repeat this pattern on Thursday with more scattered storms, particularly in the afternoon and evening. Models indicate a higher severe risk on Friday, particularly in the morning with large hail and damaging winds possible again. The severe risk is 1/5 tonight and tomorrow but increases to 2/5 on Friday. Slight storm risks persist for the weekend. Next week, the climate will be drier but temperatures will be slightly warmer.
