Military Attorney General says IDF attack on Rafah is under investigation

Military lawyer Major General Yifat Tomer Yerushalmi said Monday’s IDF attack on Rafah was being investigated, Israeli media reported.

“The details of the incident are still subject to an investigation, which we will pursue with all our might,” she said.

“The Israel Defense Forces regret any harm inflicted on non-combatants during the war,” she added.

She also said that the Criminal Investigation Department (MPCID) has so far launched 70 investigations into alleged criminal incidents during the war.
