Woman sexually assaulted in McDonald’s toilets in Bradford; police launch appeal

A woman was sexually assaulted in a McDonald’s in Bradford. Police are now investigating the incident.

In connection with the sexual assault, West Yorkshire Police have released an image of a man they would like to speak to. Officers from Bradford District Safeguarding Unit would now like to speak to anyone who can identify the man or anyone who has information about the incident, which occurred at McDonald’s on Igleby Road on Thursday 23 May.



This happened around 5 p.m. after a man approached the victim as she entered a stall in the ladies’ restroom.

The investigation is ongoing and officers are supporting the victim.

Police said: “Police have released an image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with a sexual assault in Bradford.”

“Officers from Bradford District Safeguarding Unit would like to speak to anyone who can identify the man or has any information about the offence which occurred at a branch of McDonald’s on Ingleby Road on Thursday (May 23).”

“It occurred around 5 p.m. after a male suspect approached the victim as she entered a toilet stall in the women’s restroom.

“There are a number of ongoing investigations into this crime by detectives assisting the victim.”
