In the weeks leading up to the arrest, members of the Bristol Police Department’s Narcotic Enforcement Team received multiple complaints from community members that Concepcion was selling drugs out of the Mercier Avenue residence, according to police.

The Narcotic Enforcement Team began investigating and concluded that Concepcion was selling illegal drugs from that location, police said. The team obtained two arrest warrants for the illegal sale of drugs and a search warrant for the Mercier Avenue property.

Police said the team and the Bristol Patrol Division executed a search and seizure warrant at the location on Thursday and arrested Concepcion while finding evidence of a drug factory there, including illegal narcotics and a firearm.
