Oklahoma City police said 59-year-old Jose Thierry Maurice Ryba even tried to get to Darci Lynne Farmer’s home but showed up in Oklahoma City from France hoping to meet her there. Ryba admitted to police that he purchased Farmer’s personal information, including phone numbers and her address, online. He also said he was scammed online up to six times by people impersonating him, losing up to $10,000.
