The hospital will offer medical exams for $5

Texas County Memorial Hospital will offer $5 physical exams to area high school and college athletes on Wednesday, May 22.

Athletes can visit the medical office complex (1337 S. Sam Houston Blvd.) from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. to receive a walk-in physical. Payments can be made by cash or check only.

Athletes must bring the MSHSAA form signed by a parent or guardian to receive a medical examination. Forms are available from athletic trainers, online (www.mshsaa.org) or at the medical office complex.
