FARGO (KFGO) – A man and woman are in the Cass County Jail, arrested on charges after fleeing police in Fargo.

Officers responded to a possible domestic dispute outside an apartment in the 4500 block of 16th Avenue South Tuesday morning.

Police saw the two loading items into a truck outside the apartment, and when questioned about the argument call, the woman became defensive while the man got into the truck and slowly drove away. An officer sounded the siren and the man fled the truck on foot. He was chased and caught.

Steve Langston, 33, was arrested for possession of stolen property, failure to stop, possession of drug paraphernalia and a warrant for driving while suspended.

The woman, identified as Linda Poitra, 30, was found a block away at the intersection of 45th Street South and 17th Avenue South and arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, which is her second such offense.

Both Langston and Poitra are from Fargo.
