Nationwide alert issued for missing Minnesota teenager

Moorhead, MN (KROC-AM News) – The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension today issued a statewide missing person alert for a young man who was last seen Monday.

The BCA issued the warning on behalf of the Moorhead Police Department, which is actively searching for 19-year-old Arthur Wiebe. He was last seen Monday evening leaving his family’s store in Moorhead.

According to officials, he has no mobile phone, no access to a vehicle, and no credit/debit cards.

Wiebe was last seen wearing a blue hoodie with black marks on the shoulders, gray pants, and darker colored shoes. He is described as white, 5’8″ tall, 130 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the Red River Regional Dispatch Center at 701-451-7660.
