Watervliet police arrest Henne after foot chase

WATERVLIET, NY (NEWS10)– Watervliet police arrested Feather Locklear, a fugitive covered in feathers, during a foot chase Wednesday. Police said residents should remember Watervliet City Code 108-7, which restricts owning or keeping livestock such as chickens within city limits.

According to police, Locklear was on the run from officers on Monday and Tuesday. When police spotted her on Wednesday, a foot pursuit led to her arrest.

Police say Locklear is a co-conspirator with Hennifer Aniston, a hen captured by police on Monday. Police said the hens were not harmed during their capture and release.
