HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood has opened a new $27 million ambulatory surgery department, featuring four operating rooms and two endoscopy rooms. This development was supported by division president Troy Villarreal, chief operating officer Joel North and chief administrative officer Mandy Higgins.
