A Troy man sexually assaulted paramedics at the Albany VA Hospital, FBI agents say

Robert Seifert, 65, of Troy, a Rensselaer County resident, was arraigned Tuesday, April 9, in Albany federal court.

Prosecutors said Seifert grabbed the paramedic’s chest and groin at Albany Stratton Veterans Affairs Medical Center.

It was not immediately clear when the alleged attack occurred.

If convicted, he could face up to two years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000.
