SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police are investigating after park officers found a body in John James Park on the northeast side.

Park Police were called to the 3900 block of Rittiman Road Friday morning for a sudden death.

It is unclear whether the body found was that of a man or a woman.

The police have not commented on whether they suspect foul play and have not released any further details about the investigation.
