Person dies in crash early Monday morning after driving on wrong side of highway in Mosinee | News

MOSINEE, Wisconsin – One person was killed in an accident near Mosinee early Monday morning.

At approximately 1:41 a.m., Mosinee Police reported an accident on I-39 near Exit 179.

The driver of the vehicle was identified as 24-year-old Quentin Clarke of Weston.

According to the investigation, Clarke was driving the wrong way on the highway and collided with a semi-trailer truck.

The driver of the semi-trailer cooperated with the police officers.

Traffic on I-39 was reopened at 10 a.m. on Monday.

The investigation is ongoing.
