Nicki Minaj announces new date for her Manchester concert following Amsterdam incident; details here

Nicki Minaj fans in Manchester were left heartbroken when the singer’s Pink Friday 2 tour concert in the city had to be cancelled due to her arrest in Amsterdam. The rapper was detained by authorities in Amsterdam on suspicion of drug possession and was released after paying a small fine.

However, due to her long imprisonment, Nicki was unable to make it to Manchester in time and the show, which was scheduled to take place on Saturday 25 May, had to be cancelled. However, Nicki has already announced a new date for the concert in Manchester.

Nicki Minaj’s fans were understandably frustrated after her Saturday concert in Manchester was cancelled. However, the Co-op Live Arena announced that anyone who already had tickets would be able to attend the rescheduled concert.

On Sunday, Nicki Minaj asked her fans to give her a day to find a new date for the Manchester concert, promising her fans that it would be sometime in June or July. On Monday, May 27, the Barbie World singer announced to her fans, known as Barbz, that the Manchester tour date would be postponed to June 3.

Nicki Minaj wrote on X (formerly Twitter): “OK guys, I was JUST informed AGAIN that we actually can’t do ANY other date for the rescheduled #gagcityMANCHESTER show other than JUNE 3RD. So JUNE 3RD is the new official date.” The singer also apologized to fans for the inconvenience and urged them all to attend the show on June 3rd. She also said that Ticketmaster will be contacting all ticket holders to get official information.

Nicki fans were happy about the new tour dates

Nicki’s concert in Manchester was cancelled at the last minute when the Co-Op Arena was already filled with fans. More than 20,000 fans who had gathered had to leave the concert after it was announced that she would not be coming, which left all fans very upset. After the Manchester concert was cancelled, Nicki continued her tour and performed in Birmingham on Sunday.

However, the announcement of the new tour date caused excitement among fans, who were happy that Nicki was able to reschedule a tour within 72 hours of the cancellation.
