Accident today on I-90: Motorcyclist killed near Randall Road Interchange in Kane County, Illinois State Police say

KANE COUNTY, Ill. (WLS) – A motorcyclist was killed in an accident on Interstate 90 in Kane County Monday evening, Illinois State Police said.

According to ISP, the accident occurred around 7 p.m. in the westbound lanes near the Randall Road Interchange. The cause of the accident was not immediately clear.

Westbound traffic was still being detoured off the interstate as of 10 p.m. The ISP did not provide information on when the lanes are expected to reopen to traffic.

The police did not initially provide any further information.
