» Charges filed in Montgomery theft investigation

Montgomery, IA (KICD)–Three people have been charged as part of a theft investigation in Dickinson County.

Jordan Hawn, 37, of Spirit Lake, Hannah Sleight-Hylemon, 26, of Milford, and Jesse Colhour, 27, of Terril, were all charged with third-degree burglary for breaking into a storage facility in Montgomery on Monday evening.

Colhour and Sleight-Hylemon were also charged with criminal trespassing before all three parties were booked into the Dickinson County Jail.
