Rain caused nighttime accident in Evansville

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – An accident with injuries was reported Sunday evening on St. George Road and Oak Hill Road in Evansville.

Officials with the Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Office said two people were injured in a car crash. They say rain was one of the factors in the crash. Two people were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

According to Evansville dispatch, the call came in at 9:58 p.m.
