15-year-old stabbed to death in argument at Port Jefferson Station

An altercation between a group of teenagers in Port Jefferson Station on Friday ended with a stabbing attack on a 15-year-old, Suffolk police said.

The incident occurred around 10:15 p.m. in the parking lot of a McDonald’s on Nesconset Highway.

According to authorities, the victim was taken to the hospital and treated for his injuries.

Police say the stabbing is still under investigation.
